Terms of Service

In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, "Claudia&Julia", "we", and "us" mean "We Love Cooking, S.L.U" and "you" shall mean you, the customer.

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "terms of sale") govern the legal relationship arising from the purchase and sale processes carried out by you on the website located at the URL and owned by We Love Cooking, S.L.U, with Tax ID No. B66594979, registered office at Josep Comas i Solà 22a, 08243 Manresa (Barcelona), and registered with the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, volume 44961, folio 52, sheet 472592, entry 1. You accept the terms of sale from the moment you use or contract the service or purchase any product. This document may be printed and stored by you. Claudia&Julia makes the following email address available to you tienda@dcymprdvfitn.shop, so that you can raise any questions regarding the terms of sale.

Claudia&Julia reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time, without the need to notify or give prior notice, so please read their content carefully, as it is the Customer's responsibility to review the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase before purchasing any product from the Website/App.

1. Placing your order

1.1. By placing a purchase order through the Website/App, the Customer declares that they are over 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract for the products on the Website.

1.2. You may place your order through our online store at www.dcymprdvfitn.shop, by writing to tienda@dcymprdvfitn.shop or by calling  935 953 729. Orders submitted in any way other than those indicated above will not be accepted.

1.3. Once your order has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation by email, which will also include the order number. The order confirmation will be effective from the time it is sent. If we are unable to process your order due to any issue, we will contact you by email or telephone.

1.4. To place an order with Claudia&Julia, internet access is required to connect to www.dcymprdvfitn.shop and add the product or products you wish to purchase to the basket.

1.5. Once all the required products are in the basket, the purchase continues to the Shipping Methods and Payment Methods selection screen.

1.6. Once the order has been placed, Claudia&Julia will send customers an email with the order receipt containing the purchase summary, as well as payment information where applicable and shipping and billing details.

2. Supply of your order

2.1. We will supply you with the products indicated in your order confirmation, in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale.

2.3. Orders may be received twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, although orders placed after fourteen (14) hours will not be processed until the next business day in the city of Manresa. Orders received during the weekend will be processed first thing on the following Monday or the next business day.

3. Prices

3.1. The price of the products includes the corresponding VAT and will be as indicated in your order and/or invoice.

3.2. VAT at the applicable rate indicated on your invoice shall be payable by you. "Intra-Community acquisitions cannot be made through our online store".

3.3. Shipping costs, where applicable, shall be payable by you, as indicated in your order and invoice.

3.4. The promotion of free shipping for purchases over thirty-five (35) euros (VAT included), which is active occasionally and not permanently, excludes shipments to the regions of the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (when active).

3.5. Claudia&Julia discounts and promotions will only be valid during the dates indicated or until promotional stock runs out. Under no circumstances will products be sold at a price of 0 unless they are subject to a promotion.

3.6. Claudia&Julia makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information shown on its website is accurate and free of typographical errors. If any such error occurs in product prices, with amounts that are clearly incorrect and outside usual market prices, Claudia&Julia, as a corrective measure, reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the amounts received for them.

3.7. Gift wrapping is individual wrapping for each product. We reserve the right to cancel this service in cases where we cannot guarantee an optimal result, such as pieces that are too large, or sets made up of more than one piece. 

4. Payment for your order

4.1. You may pay for your products using any of the payment systems enabled on our website: 

• Payment by card or Bizum The Customer must provide their debit/credit card number (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard) or, in the case of Bizum, the associated telephone number, as well as any other additional information required during the purchase process. The charge will be made once it has been accepted by the Customer's financial institution; otherwise, the purchase cannot be completed.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their payment method information, so Claudia&Julia is not responsible for any loss the customer may suffer as a result of incorrect payment method information provided.

• Cash on delivery The customer must pay the exact amount to the carrier. This payment method is limited to €999.99 and is only available for deliveries in Spain or Portugal. This service has a cost of €2.50.

• Payment by bank transfer to the account number indicated on the Website/App owned by We Love Cooking, SLU, the corporate tax name of Claudia&Julia, and the Customer must indicate the order number. Any bank charges applicable to the transfer shall be borne by the Customer.

• Payment via PayPal: the Customer must have a PayPal account in order to use this payment method.

4.2. You must pay in the currency indicated on your invoice. We only accept payments in Euros.

4.3. If you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card details at the time of placing your order. We only accept payments with secure cards where your identity as the cardholder is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, through the secure e-commerce service ("Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode").

4.4. If you pay by transfer/deposit into account, the necessary payment details will be sent to you by email. Your order will not be reserved or shipped until we have received payment in our bank account. If we do not receive payment for the full amount within four (4) business days from the date of your order, it will be cancelled.

5. Delivery of your order

5.1. We will send your order to the shipping address stated in your order request.

5.2. We will send your order within the shipping period shown on our website on the date your order confirmation is issued. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by sending an email to tienda@dcymprdvfitn.shop stating your order number.

5.3. When your order is handed over to our carrier, we will send shipping confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order. In the shipping confirmation, we will indicate the tracking number corresponding to your shipment so that you can track it through our carrier's website, according to the shipping method you selected.

5.4. Deliveries are made within 1 or 2 business days in mainland Spain. Some areas far from urban centres or provincial capitals do not have daily delivery service, so delivery will be made on the first day available by the transport agency, and the estimated 1-2 business days may be delayed. The customer may track their order on the website of the agency delivering your order. 

5.5. Ownership and risk of loss of the products in the order will pass to you upon delivery of the order.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

6.1. If you are not satisfied with any of the products in your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return within the first 14 calendar days.
